Job description

  • Managing an independent development team consisting of developers (Java, Angular), system analysts and testers.
  • Design, specification, implementation of software functionality according to defined requirements.
  • Timely development of complex products/solutions, according to established specifications and bank standards.
  •  Develop directions for technology development, such as by introducing new tools or assisting in implementations (PoC).
  •  Provide support to other team members in resolving technical issues.
  •  Coordinating activities related to the integration and implementation of new applications.
  •  Nurturing the development of team members’ technical skills and providing technical advice to enhance their competence.
  •  Collaborating with other teams especially architects and testers.
  • Developing quotes (including due dates) for projects based on the submitted Statement of Requirements.
  • Ongoing monitoring of the progress of the team’s work in the context of requirements fulfillment and completion dates.
  • Scheduling work for the team in accordance with the accepted quotes.
NETWORK
Experience required

  • Minimum 5 years of professional experience in the IT industry.

  • Knowledge of English at a level that allows you to freely understand technical documentation.

  • Knowledge of Java, Angular, Spring, SQL, Kafka, MongoDB, Kubernetes, Docker.

  • Experience leading a team of developers, overseeing IT projects, and analyzing and resolving technical issues.

  • Ability to implement modern technology solutions and come up with innovative ideas.

  • Good knowledge of tools such as Git, Jenkins, Jira, Confluence.
