• A minimum of three years of experience in an identical position
• Practical knowledge of Enterprise Architecture management issues, particularly in the area of Application and Data Architecture
• Knowledge of Enterprise Architect tool. Ability to consciously use ArchiMate (2.0), BPMN (2.0) and UML (documentation development) notations
• Knowledge of the TOGAF architectural framework
• Knowledge of issues in the area of systems integration (data bus) and SOA
• Ability to think strategically and creatively. Openness to change and ability to work within multi-threaded initiatives in multidisciplinary teams
• Commitment and initiative in solving complex business problems
• Advice to partners in the search for optimal solutions
• Higher technical education (major in Computer Science or similar)
• Building relationships based on understanding of needs and mutual respect for the partner at different levels of management
